Includes exploded views and step by step instructions, parts lists for custom and off the shelf components and materials specification such as the type, grade and supplier for plastics. This information can be supplied as hard copy or as a file such as PDF.

The scope of work can range from simple diagrams generated from the product 3D CAD, through to large fully documented assembly and user manuals.

Tooling & Manufacturing supervision

we have tooling and manufacturing contacts in Australia, Hong Kong and China, part files and drawings are emailed to the toolmaker for quotation, the tool construction is laid out, this is checked to ensure that it is suited to the final part. Tooling progress is monitored and then off tool samples and assembles are checked
